[request]move volumeicon to [community]?

I was finding a good volume manager for openbox but I only saw volwheel in [community].
volumeicon seems to be more lightweight than volwheel.
any TUs or developers think that volumeicon is good enough to move to [community]?

please make such requests on the ML.

Better yet, get some experience on maintaining packages and then apply to become a TU. Creating forums threads will not help moving packages from one repo to another.
