Problems with LAMP

Hello , ive searching the forums and the IRC but didnt find the answer to my problem , and its driving me crazy

the problem is that ive installed  LAMP following the arch wiki of lamp but i cant make it work , i mean the apache executes and mysql too
but when i try to put my .php pages in de DocumentRoot which is /srv/http , it says y dont have permission , how do i get permission to put the php files?

wel also when i put a folder inside /srv/http with sudo, and go to http://localhost/folder it says "Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file" , WTF !?

thx for the time
