Booting with options noacpi noapic nolapic nomodeset gets me past this error, but then hangs waiting for uevents to be processed

Updated system today and got this error. Was able to get the system to boot completely by using only "acpi=off"

Flashing my BIOS to the newest Beta also fixed it for me (Gigabyte MA-790FXT-UD5P)!

Flashing my BIOS to the newest Beta also fixed it for me (Gigabyte MA-790FXT-UD5P)!

Flashing BIOS fixed the problem for me also (Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H v1.0) only had to upgrade to newest stable (F9) not the beta.
