Hi, I'm using Gnome 3 from the testing repo, and after some struggles I manage to run it on my eee 1005PE (intel x3150 integrated graphics).
I like the new experience, but I'm lacking compositing. I know that somehow Gnome-Shell disables compositing if hardware requirement are not met, but it is said on their wiki that newer hardware (meaning not 3 to 5 year old) can render a full gnome-shell experience.
Plus, Clutter, which on Gnome 3 is based, is an intel creation. I thought that my hardware would meet all the requirement (which are not so huge) to run compositing without problem in Gnome 3. Do you know a way to force Clutter to be activated ? Or a workaround ? Do you people have this problem too ?
Thanks for all your answers.
