Hi
At the moment there are a lot of WLAN-Ethernet converters / Universal WLAN Adapters on the market.
I am using a DD-WRT Router at home (currently WRT-54GS, but maybe soon a Buffalo Infinity 300N).
DD-WRT has a nice WOL feature built in, which of course cannot be used with standard WLAN clients.
But what about ethernet converters / WLAN Adaptors such as the
- Buffalo Nfiniti Dual Band Ethernet Converter, 300 Mbit/s
- Netgear WNCE2001
- Netgear WN2000RPT, Universal WLAN Repeater
Are they able to provide WOL functionality if connected through ethernet to the clients ?
Answers and experiences very much appreciated.
