Nfs-utils 1.2.3 upgrade breaks NFS v3

I upgraded my server and AppleTV yesterday and was unable to mount my NFS v3 shares. I got this error:

# mount -a
mount.nfs: requested NFS version or transport protocol is not supported

Pacman.log (identical output on both the server and client):

$ grep nfs-utils /var/log/pacman.log | tail -1
[2011-05-17 18:14] upgraded nfs-utils (1.2.2-6 -> 1.2.3-2)

Fstab on the client contained nfsvers=3 for the NFS v3 share.

A little fiddling and a quick look at the wiki made it 'work' - ie: I finally upgraded to NFS v4, and it's all good now. Just throwing it out there, don't know if this intended behaviour (the PKGBUILD still enables NFS v4, I didn't find any modifications in the configuration files that would make the NFS server v4 only).

Curious to see if more people experienced this, and especially if they got it fixed without migrating to v4.
