Hi there, I'm running with some trouble at VPNC, Nortel Branch.
It connects:
$ sudo vpnc
vpnc version 0.5.3-457
IKE SA selected psk-3des-sha1
NAT status: no NAT-T VID seen
got address 10.250.32.177
IPSEC SA selected aes128-sha1
VPNC started in background (pid: 1750)...
I can see the TUN device:
$ ifconfig tun0
tun0 Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
inet addr:10.250.32.177 P-t-P:10.250.32.177 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1412 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:68 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:500
RX bytes:0 (0.0 b) TX bytes:4875 (4.7 Kb)
I can see an active connection:
$ netop
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name
udp 0 0 192.168.0.20:500 201.134.185.243:500 ESTABLISHED 1750/vpnc
raw 0 0 0.0.0.0:50 0.0.0.0:* 7 1750/vpnc
But, as you can see from the ifconfig, I don't receive any traffic.
I cannot connect to any host at all, inside or outside the VPN, except for the VPN's Gateway public IP.
I can connect with a Windows Client, although, I don't know if it's an issue, it displays an Acknowledge Banner.
Any Clues?

Are you connecting via network manager? If so please run nm-connection-editor, in VPN tab edit you connection, in IPv4 settings you have button 'Routes' and you have to uncheck the 'Use this connection only for resources on its network'.
And reconnect.
