When I try to run a windows 7 VM I get the following error
Virtualbox error in sublibosinit
<kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
<The VirtualBox Linux kernel driver (vboxdrv) is either not loaded or there is a permission problem with /dev/vboxdrv. Please reinstall the kernel module by executing
'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup'
as root. Users of Ubuntu, Fedora or Mandriva should install the DKMS package first. This package keeps track of Linux kernel changes and recompiles the vboxdrv <kernel module if necessary.
I've tried running /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup but I get no such file or directory error.
If anyone knows how to fix it their input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
xrendan

are you using Ubuntu or Arch.
Arch does not have init.d. We have rc.d
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !

Thanks so much. That was my problem I didn't know that arch had rc.d instead of init.d.
Thanks again,
