Printer shared, but Windows boxes not seeing it.

Hey everyone.  I have an HP printer that I am trying to share with my roommates.  So I went onto the wiki and read the CUPS sharing entry and did everything (or so I thought so) that it had in there.  I tried both the Samba method, and the CUPS sharing method listed at the very end.  Neither of them seemed to work.  I know the printer is shared as I can see it when I pull up the local CUPS on my laptop with is also running Arch. I would much rather do it using the method with the web access (ie http://192.168.1.50/printers/Printer) than with Samba.  The one thing that did confuse me was when the wiki entry said "Make sure the clients are allowed to access the print server by editing the location settings as specified in section 4.1.".  I couldn't find the section 4.1 it was referring to, either in that entry or in the main CUPS entry. Not quite sure just what information is needed to help solve the issue.  Thanks in advance for the help!
