networkmanager+usb-networks+gnome3=no go

I used to use my Nokia N900 as usb-router for my computers on gnome2. All I had to do was plug my phone in and networkmanager automaticly created connection.

But after upgrading to gnome3 nothing happens when I plug it in

I made bug report about this to gnome, but there hasn't been any activity, so its probably Arch Linux releated problem.
