Perl 5.14

I have  a rather simple problem. Two packages I need to use require different versions of perl. Squeezebox-Server is compiled to run with 5.12 max, munin requires 5.14.

What is the suggested way to install and use both packages on one installation?

this became obsolete when the Slimdevices team moved to Perl 5.14
