wicd issues since upgrade

After this morning's #pacman -Syu, I have had to re-install wicd per wiki, but now I get these issues I can't figure out

At boot, I get a message wicd... [BKGD] in pink letters. How do I find out what that means?

Also, now I get two instances of the notification client loading under Obenbox and tint2. I have checked .config/.../autostart.sh (which has one instance) .xinitrc and .bashrc and do not see anything out of place. I do not know how to find out what the notification tray is or where that config is, but it had only loaded one instance and I don't recall changing anything other than the upgrade.

It means, you are loading wicd in the background. It's the "@wicd" in daemons in your rc.conf.

Re: wicd issues since upgrade

Thank you!. Is there an article on here about the boot info? I don't even know what to search for, but it sure is nice to see what is going on when booting and shutdown.
