Hello,
This is my scenario....
I have a laptop, which is connected to the router wireless.
I also have a desktop which is far away from my router, so I cannot use LAN wire. I want to make the desktop access the internet by connecting it the laptop LAN port.
Is this as simple as specifying the Desktop's Gateway IP as my Laptop's IP address?
I will not keep both the systems connected, may be only for updates.
I searched the wiki and found few instructions but wanted to ask before trying.
