rsyslog: ignore certain patterns

I'm using certain entries in rsyslog.conf that look like this:

:msg, contains, "foobar" ~

How can I add the facility, priority and program name? For example, doing this only with patterns that come from imapd, or patterns that are sent to the debug priority, or kernel facility...
