NetworkManager takes ages to connect

Hello,

I just wanted to ask you guys why the NetworkManager (I am using Gnome3) takes soooo long to connect to a network?! It does not matter if it is any WiFi or Wired with DHCP.
In Ubuntu it works within 3 seconds but in Archlinux it takes at least 20.

Maybe you have a tip for me what I can check?

better use wicd-gtk.it works like charm for me!

edit:
your trouble doesnt look like arch specific too.lot of distros has the same issue.
