Apache doesn't parse php-files

Hi,
I have installed a LAMP Server following the Archlinux wiki article.

Unfortunaly the apache server doesn't parse my php files, I only get them downloaded.

Sounds like you didn't finish going through the wiki article. If I had to guess, I'd say you're missing the mimetype for .php.

The AddType dclaration is in the configuration of conf/extra/php5_module.conf or do you mean something else?

If the PHP instruction is not executed (you see : <html>...</html>), check that you have added "Includes" to the "Options" line for your root directory in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf.

Maybe this could be the problem.

I dont understand what the wiki means with "Options line for your root directory"

So know I found something strange ^^

One PHP-demopack-framework I use works with the server.
But everthing else only is allowed to download (adminer.php, even "<?php phpinfo(); ?>").
What could this be?

It means your demo framework pre-packages all the needed config to work properly with apache. Your base configuration is still incomplete.

In httpd.conf, under <Directory "/srv/http"> change:

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks

to

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks Includes

(in other words: add "Includes") and restart Apache. Did that help?

So now comes the interesting!

When I set DocumentRoot to /srv instead of /srv/http I can access all .php-files over localhost/http.

How can it be that apache doesn't parse any php in the DocumentRoot except the subdirs included?

So Update:

Apache parses php files directly in the root dir, when I access the server over 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.

127.0.0.1/adminer.php => apache parses
localhost/adminer.php => Browser downloads file

What do I have to do to access my php files over 127.0.0.1, localhost and the host ip (192.168.178.20)?
I think this issue has to do something with my /etc/hosts file but the file is configured how it the wiki says:

I have done this already.

The issue is that when I access apache over its local dns name that it only parses php in subdirs.
When I access directly over the ip theres no issue.

Have you tried this section from the wiki:

Moreover, check that TypesConfig conf/mime.types is uncommented in the <IfModule mime_module> section, you may also try adding the following to the <IfModule mime_module> in httpd.conf:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php

I needed that line to make apache parse my php files.

YES!

Apache parses SUCCESSFULL my php files... except them directly in the documentroot-dir when accessing over localhost

127.0.0.1/adminer.php WORKS
127.0.0.1/tools/adminer.php WORKS

192.168.178.20/adminer.php WORKS
192.168.178.20/tools/adminer.php WORKS

localhost/adminer.php DOESNT WORK
localhost/tools/adminer.php WORKS
