need help with phpmyadmin

hey there, just installed phpmyadmin, but where do i go to start it off ? where is the first , or um index page located ?
i see a directory in httpd/html/ called phpmyadmin, but dont know what to do with it.
i have updated http.conf to load the php module. i have php installed, um.... what else ?
mysqld is running, apache gives me the apache Arch Linux test page at localhost...
what do i do now?

Man, how did i miss that at the bottom of the wiki.
thanks, really easy when you follow the directions.
that same wiki page is how i set up apache and php.
go figure.

ok, i have another mess up.
i did what the wiki said, put my hostname (arch - i name my computers after the distro they run) and now in the phpmyadmin page, everything i click on goes to arch.com (some wireless company)
i changed it from arch to localhost, and when i go into the phpmyadmin page everywhere i select somthing it brings up the localhost.com site.
weird.
what should i do?
