virt-manager: automatically suspend, resume guests on host restart

you should be able to have running guests automatically suspend and resume on the host shutting down and restarting.  I have libvirtd-guests under daemons in /etc/rc.conf, but running guests appear to just shut down and don't restart on the host's reboot.  /var/run/daemons shows both libvirtd and libvirtd-guests running.
