wireless with toshiba tecra 8200

i try to use wifi with this laptop.
so i install pcmcia-util. after that lshwd output:

but it didn"t yet work.
so install wlang. but it dont work.
when the wlan daemon start, it show this

Well, that Gentoo howto says you need the orinoco_cs module. Is cardmgr loading it for you?
