wifi networkconnection fails

Hi there!

I don't know why, but my ArchLinux system fails everytime I try to connect to any wlan access points. Neither my smartphone's wlan hotspot is working nor my home network.

I even tried wicd, netcfg and wicd and NetworkManager even without protection everything fails... sad

Wired LAN runs without any problems. Can you please help?

Thank you...

Re: wifi networkconnection fails

More info pls... It's encrypted network? If you are trying to connect via wicd what it's saying (validating autentification, getting IP, etc.)? What's your wifi card? etc etc
