Possibly wrong sshd_config - SSHd refuses login

Hello,
I know this is almost a FAQ, but I couldn't solve the problems by myself. This is the veryverbose output for ssh to this machine:

Do anyone understand what's wrong with my machine? The error is "no hostkey alg".
TIA

Hello,

Can you post sshd log from target machine?

Re: Possibly wrong sshd_config - SSHd refuses login

Could you please use code tags as described here, and also the output of

pacman -Qi openssh
grep Running /var/log/pacman.log | tail
grep -v "^#" /etc/ssh/sshd_config | grep [[:print:]]

Edit: I should be more specific. Give outputs from both machines.
