I have five computers sharing (LAN) one printer. The computer connected to the local printer, at present, the IP address changes depending which computer first start in the morning. In other words, today its 192.168.0.102 and tomorrow 192.168.0.105, etc. How to config the printer server to maintain a fixed IP?

just to be polite:
- your are a mod
- you did more than 2k posts
- you ask such a question?
is the print server you are talking about the computer with the local printer attached? then address the computer with a fixed ip.
if it is attached to a print server, then you have to configure the print server. either by web interface or the way it has to be configured.
almost every router can be configured to assign fixed ips to computers, i.e. by the mac address.
otherwise provide more information.

If I understand your question correctly; you have 2 options:
1) Simply configure the nic on the pc "hosting" the printer to have a static ip.
2) If your router/dhcp server supports it, set up "static dhcp" (yeah). Basically linking one specific ip to the mac address of the nic that's supposed the receive it.
Burninate!
