Vlc crashes while playing bluray

It used to work fine before the latest update but now vlc crashes whenever I try to play a bluray video with this error : http://pastebin.com/0rGUKCU1

I didn't know if it has anything to do with the recent gcc update, so I tried recompiling the git version but I kept getting the same crashes. Any help that can shed some light on what is going wrong will be highly appreciated.
