I have an old HP tower which I would like to install Arch on, so it can act as a server. However, I don't have a monitor for it.
Is it possible to SSH into Arch when running the Live CD?

Yeah. I ssh into livecd's all the time. IIRC the latest install media ships with sshd enabled by default.
