I have reinstalled my computer, and installed trasmission. I had all the torrents ona a separate disk, and copied the ~/.conf there before reinstalling. Now I copied the old .config/transmission to my new ~/.config, it showed all the torrents, I set their loacton, all went fine transmission found them, but now there is no activity no up or downloading. There is my ~/.config/transmission/settings.json

This proble just solved itself. Maybe it needed a reboot, or just some time to check local data (it did not say verifing local data).
