Simple Proxy Manager

So my Google-foo has failed me again. I travel too and from college, with my laptop running arch. I'm currently using dwm, with Wicd as my network manager. However, my college makes us use a proxy, to allow us to do anyhting on the internet. While I can use the net at home fine, using it at college is a pain. So could anyone recommend me a nice proxy manager for use at college?

On a side note, I can't get wicd to start automatically at boot, but that's not as important.
