nfs server fail to install!

Hi,

I installed the Bridge Linux, 2012.12 (x64).

I am trying to setup the nfs server. I installed the nfs-utils and setup the /etc/export etc..

Now I am trying to start the server:

# systemctl start nfsd.service
A dependency job for nfsd.service failed. See 'journalctl -xn' for details.
# journalctl -xn
Dec 05 17:20:18 sordes systemd[1]: rpcbind.service start request repeated too quickly, refusing to start.

if any ideas/help please let me know!

cheers

The bridge Linux support forum can be found here:

Have you read the wiki page about nfs? It tells you to do the following:

To start the NFS server, use:
# systemctl start rpc-idmapd.service rpc-mountd.service

Why do you start nfsd.service instead ?
