I've just bought ExpressCard SATA Controller adapter which contains Marvell chip. I'm trying to get this working, but without success. It won't detect any disk, sometimes device itself isn't detected.
I was searching for answers on google, but nothing can be found. The only interesting thing was something like "ahci.marvell_enable=1", but it has no effect.
Device (if detected) is detected OK and "AHCI" driver/module is loaded. But still, no new disk can be seen as /dev/sd*.

Kernel driver in use: ahciBut, main thing I want achieve is booting Windows from disk connected to this controller. Because BIOS can't do it, all my hopes goes to GRUB. Is there chance grub detects my disk? Or I should go and try to get my money back?\
