ExpressCard SATA Controller - Marvell 88SE9123

I've just bought ExpressCard SATA Controller adapter which contains Marvell chip. I'm trying to get this working, but without success. It won't detect any disk, sometimes device itself isn't detected.
I was searching for answers on google, but nothing can be found. The only interesting thing was something like "ahci.marvell_enable=1", but it has no effect.
Device (if detected) is detected OK and "AHCI" driver/module is loaded. But still, no new disk can be seen as /dev/sd*.

But, main thing I want achieve is booting Windows from disk connected to this controller. Because BIOS can't do it, all my hopes goes to GRUB. Is there chance grub detects my disk? Or I should go and try to get my money back?\

Thank you, have a good night (or day, if you live on some other piece of earth).
