I have Cisco E2000 wireless N router with configured 5GHz 40MHz wide band WPA2 wireless network, laptop Thinkpad T410 with Intel Advanced-N 6200.
The network works generally ok, but it's very disturbing that I cannot have with Arch higher speeds than abt 25Mbit actual wireless speed.
I would suspect the router, but Ubuntu 12.04 live cd or when dualbooting to windows7, Wireless can achieve 70 - 80 Mbit, also my girlfriend's Macbook get similar performance.
Switching wifi to 2,4GHz doesn't have any effect.
Any ideas?
Problem solved,
options iwlwifi 11n_disable=0
in /etc/modprobe/iwlwifi.conf did the trick.
