I got my wireless network interface (Ralink rt2500) configured last week, and its been running great until I got this message today at the login promt:
"archdmt login: [7930.534783] phy0 -> rt2500pci_set_device_state: Error - Device failed top enter state 1 (1-26)."
Does anyone have a clue what this means? I can still still access my wireless network, but I'd like to know what I can do about this message, perhaps install the rt2500 beta drivers?
***EDIT***
Just found some info online saying that this is a network interface power saving feature error message and running the command below will help.
"sudo iwconfig wlp6s0 power off"
Who knows, I may have to wait another week before that message pops up again, so we'll see, until then I'll keep the thread marked unsolved.
Thanks
