arch repo on debian

Hi,
is there way to host archlinux repository on debian-based server? I did some digging but didn't find anything useful on this topic hmm

no, I need (want) repo with my own packages (mainly recompiled packages from official repos), e.g. vim with python3 support etc.. So no, I don't want to simply create an mirror.. (at least I think so)
