For 'nvidia-settings' command I am getting the below warning
pravin:~$ nvidia-settings
Package xorg-server was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `xorg-server.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'xorg-server' found
pravin:~$ pacman -Ss xorg-server
extra/xorg-server 1.13.2.901-1 (xorg) [installed]
Xorg X server
extra/xorg-server-common 1.13.2.901-1 [installed]
Xorg server common files

Not sure why that package isn't showing up your -Ss, but that's what you need. Try refreshing your databases.

extra/xorg-server-devel was missing,indeed.So I have installed it and voila,warning gone.

If anyone else has this problem, remember to install xorg-server-devel via
pacman -S xorg-server-devel
!
