Does/will netctl support VPNs?

Since netctl will be replacing netcfg, are there plans for it support VPNs as netcfg does.

Re: Does/will netctl support VPNs?

This was previously reported as FS#34718. As far as I can tell openvpn comes with perfect systemd services itself and netctl has very little to add.

Re: Does/will netctl support VPNs?

We are required to use PPTP VPN. Netcfg supports this nicely.  It would be good if netclt did so too.

Re: Does/will netctl support VPNs?

I would like netctl-auto to restart openvpn.service on reconnect or change of access point. Is that possible in the current setup?
