I was thinking it would be nice if there was an easy way to view an entire thread on one page. Maybe in between the "Next" and "Post Reply" links. Just a thought. I have found myself scrolling through page after page and doing a search on that page and then on to the next one in the past. Does this interest anyone else? Are there technical reasons / cost reasons / additional server load reasons why this wouldn't be practical? Interested in any feedback.

Apart from theming, we do not alter from what is provided by FluxBB upstream.

Oh I see. If it was a feature added at FluxBB upstream would you have any objections to us having it here?

What is stopping you entering a very large number in your pagination options?

It is because sometimes I want this feature and sometimes I do not. More often I do not because of the added time it would take the page to load for me. I will experiment with it to see if I can get a happy medium I guess. It was just a random thought I had while browsing the forums earlier. I think it would be a nice feature.

Forum search or e.g. Google search might help too.

Yeah that's true. An "inurl:"string"" tells me everything I need to know. Okay well marking as solved for now as it's not something that can be done on this end without upstream help anyways. Thanks guys.

you can always open a feature request upstream and see if the fluxbbs devs will implement it.
There's no such thing as a stupid question, but there sure are a lot of inquisitive idiots !
