/bin/systemd symlink removed

Why was /bin/systemd removed? My system was unbootable after upgrading. Do I need to edit my /boot/grub/menu.lst to add init=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd ?

Re: /bin/systemd symlink removed

I actually made the mistake of rebooting after the systemd update without changing anything. Now I can't get my system to boot (it does the fsck and nothing more).

I guess I'll have to chroot it and downgrade the systemd package until I can figure out what to do. hmm

You can figure out first and use a liveCD/liveUSB to fix it.
