I rely on Remmina heavily and to be honest I hate it, it has a lot of bugs and tends to crash a lot, but I digress.
My current issue with Remmina is that it just isn't saving passwords. When I try and connect to a server which previously had a password set, I get a popup box asking for the login details. It's remembered everything OTHER than the password. Even if I re-type the password and tick "save password" it simply doesn't. Next time I try and connect it'll ask me again.
Anyone know why this may be happening? I suspect it's something to do with Gnome keyring (why do programs insist on using this?).
For reference, Gnome-Keyring IS running:
bhodget+ 293 0.0 0.3 229280 13740 ? SLl Jun25 0:04 /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login
bhodget+ 733 0.0 0.0 49528 788 ? S Jun25 0:00 /usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --start --foreground --components=secrets
