Hi I've been running arch for 2 month and love the system so much it's now my default os but since doing a fresh installing to move some partitions and reclaim partition space. Now the odd bit is everything is working pefectly except I can no longer connect at wireless 11n rates and when I do a wifi scan NetworkManager only shows b/g and only connects up to 54Mbit/s where before the fresh install I was getting b/g/n at 130Mbit/s. Does any one have an idea on how i could possibly get back 802.11n?
The wireless chipset is AR9287 using the kernels default driver ath9k.

Welcome to Arch. I can't answer your question but you are more likely to get helpful responses if you provide information and explain what you've tried to do to figure it out for yourself. For example, how do you connect? Have you checked log files? Has anything on the network changed and what sort of network is it? Home LAN? Corporate wifi? Coffee shop hotspot? Does this problem happen on all networks (if this is a laptop you move around) or just one/some? Etc.
