I don't really know what is related to this. Strangely I can't say that I have noticed any problems with network.
I installed system less than a year ago and message appeared last month I think.

This most likely indicates a problem with your NIC driver. What is your hardware. Also, please show /proc/sys/net/core/wmem_*.
