Creating a wifi-hotspot from xfce4

How do you create  a wifi hotspot using NetworkManager on xfce4? I am running linux-kernel 3.11.4 and have wifi-driver Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller (rev 01)
Thanks!
