Network Manager can't deactivate hotspot and can't connect to Wi-Fi

Hi,

Few weeks ago I activated the option of sharing internet connection over Wi-Fi on my Arch with Cinnamon. It didn't work but the problem is that now I can't deactivate the hotspot. Each time I do, the Networking window closes and when I open it up again it says the hotspot is activated and always the same. How can I solve this?

Thanks wink

Re: Network Manager can't deactivate hotspot and can't connect to Wi-Fi

I only activated the option "use as hotspot" on cinnamon's networking control panel. I installed dnsmasq as the wiki says: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ne … over_Wi-Fi but now I can't deactivate it and connect internet via Wi-Fi.
