i recently bought the game "Strike Suit Zero" from www.humblebundle.com Just because the developer/publisher is not willing/not able to help with the trouble I hope you guys could help me to find a workarround. The game just won't launch. Here's the log:

You are right, developer is not willing to fix anything.
There is a workaround to this: start game from "main" dir (as in steam installation), but export library path to "binary" dir:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/wakuwaku/.local/share/Steam/SteamApps/common/strikesuitzero/linux/main/binary/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATHThat way I can start it but game fails to connect to steam, unfortunately.

For me it worked flawlessly, I finished it from start to ending about a month ago (before it featured on the humble bundle), on my arch machine (nvidia card).

Did you get it working? Downloaded the Humble Bundle ZIP, but get exactly the same behavior.
Exporting the binary directory does not help.

Working. Copied the game files into Steam /common dir and restarted Steam.
Steam did a update and now it works. Guess I had an "old" version ZIP.

Just downloaded it from the hib torrent, unzipped it, made /linux/main/binary/StrikeSuitZero executable and executed it.
it works.

I had this same issue at first, when I had copied the extracted files from main/ directory to /opt/StrikeSuitZeroS/, I got exactly the same error.
after that, I tried extracting the archive directly to /opt/strikesuitzero/, including the main/linux/ directory path, and now I can launch it, if I cd to main/binaries/ first. So I'm thinking maybe SSZ is kinda precise of the directory structure or something simply went wrong when I extracted and copied the files at first.
I still haven't managed to play the game, because I got this weird gfx issue, where the game only displays on left half of my screen and everything is sort of psychedelic/rainbow colored and garbled, making it unplayable. but that's a whole nother story.
