I need https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nitr … -kde-dark/ to be deleted from AUR, because I did not notice that the company that created the Nitrux icon theme has a proprietary black theme.

You need to make that request on the mail lists to ensure the right people see it.

I changed the action icons with simple seds but the licence forbids the distribution of altered icons, something that I did not notice...

I also don't see the problem. This pack seems to have a CC licence, that allows free distribution of the content.

Right, but it will need to be deleted eventually. It will not serve any purpose.

Well, you're technically not. You're distributing the methods to modify the content, but the content is being downloaded onto the users machine in an unmodified state.

Still, it's probably best to drop the seds.

Ah, there's already another package on the AUR providing the unmodified icon theme? In that case, yeah, it should be removed.

Done, the seds are gone and also I posted to the AUR mail list for total removal.
