Laptop wireless chips that support 802.11AC under Linux?

I have a beautiful Asus rt-AC68u at home, AC+N+g/b/a set up, my girl's Mac gets full AC connectivity and hits 1300mbps according to her laptop.

I'm sitting on my Lenovo y510p, using an Intel 7260HCW AC dual band half mini-pcie chip i just installed, and to get it running stable I had to disable ipv6 and set swcrypto=1 power_save=0 bt_coex_active=0. Are there any decent wifi chips for laptops that will work fully without having to cripple the hardware?

Or, does anyone know how I can get better performance off this chip? It was only $20 so I'm not concerned if I have to replace it
