Wordpress 403 permission denied

Whenever I try to get to my newly installed wordpress I get a 403 permission denied error. What can I do about this?

Did you follow everything in the Arch LAMP wiki? You might not have loaded a necessary module in your httpd.conf according to this previous post: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=162169

yeah I double checked everything, that was the problem.

New problem now, wordpress gives me a 404 access denied error. Will update topic title and OP to account for the new issue instead of making a new thread
