How I can enter on unique user mode to umount my partition and run fsck. A day before I had it this problem with my archive system, my archlinux was working ok but after shutdown my computer and turn on again I had it this problem. Please I need help with this problem, i´m going insane with this.

It would probably be easiest to do as Inxsible stated and use a live media.
But it depends on what filesystem and what the partition is used for. For example, some filesystems can be checked but not repaired when mounted. Also, if /dev/sda6 is not your rootfs (or /var or /usr), you could drop into single user mode and then unmount and fsck away while logged in as root.
