[solved] wifi failed to be associated since kernel 3.15.1

I have trouble with my wifi connection since kernel 3.15.1 and 3.15.2 doesn't work either.

my controller is Atheros Communications, Inc. AR9271 802.11n

I use netctl here are few logs

I also tried networkmanger without success.

Any hint on how I could solve this problem ? I have strictly no idea on what is going on. The only temporary solution I found is downgrading to linux 3.14.6.
