Krfb problem with shift key sent from VNC clients

Has anyone had issues with the latest Krfb (4.13.3-1) where VNC clients have their shift key stuck?  I'm having this issue, and I see an old bug that was apparently fixed in 4.5.1 but still seems to be there in 4.13.3-1.
