wordpress permalinks problem on appache

hi, i'm trying to change my permalinks on a local installation of wordpress.
I'm using wordpress 4.0 , apache 2.4.10 , php 5.6.2.
my loading Modules are:

my .htaccess file is writeable.

wordpress changes the pramelinks and the .htaccess file when i choose this options from the admin page, but all of the pages except the home page returns 404.
any ideas how can i solve this?
