I am using arch linux for quite a while but worried about its graphic rendering
often it appears as blurry things, it happens when memory is busy or full 4/5 applications opened
any suggestion?

I have your same graphic card (I have a notebook dell latitude 13). I use KDE and I never encountered your problem.
Have you followed the wiki page for your card?

@tofeeq
This seems to be a hardware bug that happens on certain hardware configurations . The only suggested solution is to disable virtualization entirely via bios. I don't know if that helps because I can only disable a subset of vt functions.
If you have patience, you can try making a bug report here under mesa section, category Drivers/DRI/i915
Btw, how many threads are you going to create?

@trapanator
This graphics corruption happens a lot less on kde and qt apps for some reason. Which is why I use kde. But it still happens to gtk apps a lot.
Have you tried stress testing your machine with graphics heavy applications like 3d games, that's when this seem to happen the most

he he he, I played yesterday for almost 40 mins on Pro Evolution Soccer 6(*) running on WINE with almost CPU at 100% (I have a single core intel processor...) with 0 (zero) glitches and problems.
(*) it is out since 2006, but, IMHO, is the best soccer game ever released on PC.

I have requested to closed other threads because those were not appropriate
Question: 64 bit version of arch might be the reason ? should I install 32bit version to see if problem is still there?

It will get fixed in kernel 3.19.
But 3.18 will get worse
